Boating Adventures: Day 7

Today has been constant travelling, so with a bruised arm from Ice Skating and with the lack of sleep starting to take an effect; opening and shutting the water locks isn’t one of the greatest things to be doing. After a while, I got fed up and just had a nap on the sofa for a couple of hours – a couple of hours to add to the total of 14 hours sleep I’ve had since last Friday. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank my mum and dad for their constant snoring and muttering in their sleep!

After the travelling, we’re currently moored up at Burton which means more shopping tomorrow! As you may have noticed, i’m quite a big fan of shopping. However, I’ve discovered that Creepers are particularly comfortable when you’re walking around all day – therefore I advise you all to not wear Creepers if you’re going to be walking around all day!

Todays Events?

  • A polish man broke his fishing rod after getting it stuck in a tree – however it was his own silly fault so it was funny.
  • We went to a little corner shop and spent over £40 on random supplies: Beer, Sweets, Bread and Pizza.
  • I’m watching the Hungers Games for the 3rd time this week – I finally got it on DVD after hunting for months.

Until the next time my pretties, I’ll carry on enjoying myself! Scarlett x

Boating Adventures.

This quick post comes from the cosy blankets of my bed – however not my ordinary bed. I am in the bed that’s inside my boat, being on holiday.
As you may have noticed I’m not posting as much at the moment but that’s because my signal is terrible here.
However, I have got a new laptop! So as soon as t-mobile sorts out its problems I will be connected to the Internet through my dongle.
That’s all for now!
Until the next time my pretties, Scarlett x
